Color Flow Jewelry is a small handmade jewelry brand based in Union County, New Jersey. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit colorflowjewelry.com or place an order, how we use it, and what choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose.

- Order information: your name, shipping address, billing address, email address and phone number when you place an order.
- Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message when you write to us through the contact page.
- Account information: your name, email address and password if you create a customer account.
- Email list: your email address if you subscribe to our updates or download one of our guides.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, and the pages you view on our site.
- Cookies: small files stored in your browser that keep your shopping cart working, remember your preferences, and help us understand how the site is used. See section 5.
We do not collect or store your full credit card number. Payment details go directly to our payment processors, described in section 4.
3. How we use your information

- To handle returns, exchanges and refunds.
- To send marketing emails about new pieces, restocks and upcoming markets, but only if you asked to receive them.

4. Payments
We process payments through PayPal and WooPayments (powered by Stripe). When you check out, your payment information is transmitted directly to the payment processor you choose. We receive confirmation that the payment succeeded, along with the last four digits of the card and the billing name and address, but we never see or store the full card number or security code.

We use cookies for three purposes:
- Necessary cookies keep your cart, checkout and login session working. The site cannot function without them.
- Preference cookies remember choices like recently viewed products.
- Analytics cookies tell us, in aggregate, how many people visit the site and which pages they read. We do not use this to identify you personally.
You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings at any time. If you block necessary cookies, the cart and checkout will stop working.
6. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising. We share only what is needed with the companies that help us run the shop:
- Payment processors (PayPal, WooPayments/Stripe) to charge your order and process refunds.
- Shipping carriers (such as USPS) to deliver your package. They receive your name and shipping address.
- Our web hosting provider (SiteGround), which stores the site and its database.
- Site plugins and analytics (WooCommerce, Jetpack, Google for WooCommerce), which process order and traffic data on our behalf.
- Email tools, if you subscribed, to deliver the messages you signed up for.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the security of the site.
7. Marketing emails
We send marketing emails only to people who asked for them. Every email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and you can also write to mkt@colorflowjewelry.com to be removed. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages such as order confirmations or shipping notices, since those are part of fulfilling your purchase.
8. How long we keep your information
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and warranty purposes, generally seven years. Contact form messages are kept while the conversation is open and for a reasonable period afterward. Email subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your data sooner, as described in section 9.
9. Your rights and choices
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is wrong or out of date.
- Delete your personal information, except records we are required to keep for tax or legal reasons.
- Stop sending you marketing emails.
